Everyone that I encountered in the facility were very polite and professional. Tim (Timothy Hubbard) was my Service Advisor and I appreciate the time he took to explain what was going on with my vehicle. He reviewed the invoice, line by line, and answered any questions that I had.

I like having the ability to go home and wait while my car was being serviced...thanks to the shuttle. I also liked getting the online assessment and photos, taken by the technician, of the parts that needed to be replaced. Overall it was an awesome experience!

Got the AC replaced in our CRV at the location in Lake Worth. Excellent experience. The quote they gave was within $50 of the final price. Got the car back earlier than expected. I think they had the car for not even 2 full days. Have had zero issues and glad to have AC for the Texas summer. Will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.
