The work done to my truck has been great so far. I felt like the Christian Brothers representative really cared about my vehicle and made sure I received the work needed. He did not try and up sale me on work that was not needed, unlike other shops I’ve been to. He was able to answer all the questions I had and steered me in the right direction. This means a lot to me due to my past experiences (Gary Crossley). I also liked the report I received with images of what they inspected.
The whole process impressed me and I felt like like I can trust Christian Brothers with my vehicle. Overall, excellent experience and I found my new go to shop.

Prompt and efficient service.
Each person, from the one working the counter to the techs, treated us with courtesy. And since we were broken down while traveling, they got us right in and out. We were very grateful.
As a first time customer, the folks at the counter were polite and courteous. Only requested a state inspection, however the time my vehicle was unavailable was limited. Even though the parking lot was full of vehicles, CBA performed my service shortly after my appointment time.
