My daughter’s Jeep recently broke down in Bryant. We had it towed to Christian Brother in College Station overnight and left it.

I was expecting to have to wait until I could find a break in my work schedule to call but instead I received a call from Cole before 8:00 AM. He was extremely proactive, reassuring, and provided me excellent information regarding the process. As well he was very familiar with CarMax and our Warranty and talked about that process.

It was an enormous relief and an absolutely excellent customer service experience. Cole is a great representative for your business and I wish he could train other customer facing employees. His professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge are top notch.

At all times through the process he communicated with me, advocated on my behalf with our warranty claim, and pushed the process along. As well the mechanic who worked on the vehicle quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, knew exactly what to do and what parts were necessary, and there were no suprise, last minute add ons or charged.
