The staff did a great job of communicating the job to be done, as well as checking in and giving an estimated time of when it would be completed. The waiting area was also clean and pleasant. The mechanic was thorough in his work and took care of my problem.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Someone was available right away to do the state inspection on my vehicle. My wait time was very minimum. I enjoyed listening to the Christian music while I was there and to top it off, I received a carnation before leaving. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would totally recommend all my friends and family to come to this place!

I love the atmosphere and the people that work behind the desk. The woman working the counter told me about having my plate tags printed at Kroger, which I had no idea.
I took my paper work over and had my tags printed for my trailer. I then came back 2 days later to have my car inspected and again went over to Kroger.

I enjoy everyone there. Always happy to help and no pressure.

The patience of the clerk when I presented the wrong insurance papers,the cleanliness of entire facility and music. Oh,the Bible on the coffee table. I almost forgot about the flower. All this for a 7 dollar inspection.

Everyone there is always incredibly friendly! I have been there several times and have sent others there as well. I have never had to wait very long and they always work hard to get to you as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend to others in the future!
