They are very nice and professional. I have my oil changed in both my vehicles. They do a thorough inspection and if they find something they tell you but they don't try to force you to let them fix it.

I was told up front what the repair would cost and that did not change once the repair was complete. The warranty on the part covers labor as well, should there be an issue. The repair was completed ahead of schedule.
