Did not have to wait the appointment was on time and the service was good,oil change and safety inspection.

Very professional staff answering the phone. When we called about a problem we had after repairs.. they were able to open up any time to check on the issue instead of saying we are too busy and will have to schedule you out. We were lucky it was only the engine icon to be reset when my husband returned but they accommodated us with a free oil change and took accountability for their mistake. Professional service technology and pictures for outstanding issues you may be unaware of. Overall really good team of people and who ever runs the shop did a good job planning out how to run their business. When you have no ride home or to pick up car they have shuttle service. Just shows how much they understand their customers situation.. The only suggestion I have is to give a complete read out of pricing, repairs and labor to the customer when they call about pricing. Labor cost can be discussed over the phone if it's added to the receipt at pick up.
