I have used them a couple times for oil change and inspections. They are alway so helpful and kind. I have heard them talk to other customers having major work done (can’t be easy telling someone they need expensive repairs) and their demeanor and professionalism is awesome. I’ve heard them speak to at least one very unhappy customer who couldn’t understand and they were so patient with tbem. They are honest and great people.

The people were friendly and helpful, and I like the Christian principles. It wasn't your fault that Ford water pumps are weird and in weird places. But the pressure test on my coolant system was a bit pricey.

Customer service from Cole was outstanding. I really liked the documentation and presentation of vehicle issues/non issues and the entire invoicing process.

Service was very good. The mechanic I spoke to (his name was Cole I think) explained things in terms I could understand and was friendly on the phone.
