What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

They were very straight forward and patient. Took time to show me what was wrong under the hood and even drove me home. Although when I left it still had to come back with another issue, but they had warned me prior that it thermostat could go bad. I am glad I found a new place I can trust.

You took care of me! This morning, I had a serious issue with my truck - which turned out to NOT be connected to the repairs just completed last week. I was running late to a radiation treatment at the Cancer Center at St. Joseph/Emory Hospital, so you sent me right out with a driver - I actually arrived before the staff was ready for me. You found the issue, put a temporary fix on it and we'll order the parts in a few days.

When I finished my treatment, I called and you sent the driver back who dropped me off at home. Picked up the truck when my wife arrived home with the other car. What could have been a total disaster of a day was only a minor nuisance.

They gave us a quick feedback about our car problems and even though it took a couple days more than we expected- they made it very clear about what was happening and all the steps they were taking. They have a very nice customer service and staff. I sure would take my car back there if needed! Thank you!!

The customer service was phenomenal. I didn't have to wait long and the waiting room was super comfortable. The time it took to get my headlights fixed was no time at all, and I was out of there in an hour. Also, the pricing wasn't bad either. I definitely plan on going back for my next checkup for my Honda.
