I appreciate the honest and thorough work Christian Brothers offers. I thought the price of the part was a little steep. With a quick Google search, I found the part for 1/2 the price. I do expect a markup, but a 50% markup seemed a little steep. I will not allow that to deter me from using them. I have been to an abundance of repair shops. Since I found Christian Brothers, I have been happy with the friendly service I received time and time again. I did forget to ask for the discount they offered on my next service. That might have saved me a little dough!

Here's my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive: Upon walking in, I found the office clean and peaceful, with helpful front office staff attending to me promptly. Louis and his team assessed the car, discussed its issues, and quickly proposed solutions, even accommodating my budget constraints. The manager kindly reduced the charges, and despite initial skepticism, I was thrilled with their assistance, especially with the loan option. My car now functions perfectly, and I'll happily recommend their services.

I'm also posting this same comment to Google review..... The staff is very polite and the service is fast. They are informative about the issues with your vehicle and have it repaired in no time. I used a mechanic shop for 10+ years, but it would take several days before they could get to it and then, depending on the issue, several days on repairs. This was the first time I've been to Christian Brothers and it won't be the last. Thank you for getting my car fixed quickly and thoroughly.
