The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I never feel like anyone is trying to take advantage of me or trying to charge for unnecessary work.

Last visit we had a bit of a wait so someone drove my kids and I to a park to play and picked us up when the van was done.

Also always very patient and sweet to my sometimes rambunctious boys.

Finally, I love having Christian music playing in the background.

We highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Everyone was really nice and kept very clean. I didn't have an appt but luckily there was time for me to get my inspection done before their next appt came in. Oh and My 18 month old came with me and wasn't bored since they had books and toys there to keep him busy!

Everyone was very polite, helpful, and friendly. For the first time EVER, I was not pressured to buy anything other than what I asked for. I feel like I was given honest opinions and suggestions of work to be done in the future, but again no pressure to hurry or even have the work done there. I truly appreciated feeling like my business (just an oil change!) was actually important to these people. We'll be back, and we'll recommend Christian Bros. to everyone!

CBA was quickly responsive to a problem with our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The problem was identified and repairs were completed the same day. In addition, the final bill was significantly less than the estimated cost at the dealership. We plan to continue using CBA for both of our vehicles.
