Most of all I liked the fact that one of the lead techs helped me with 2 things that only took 2 seconds but I could not do. 1. He knew just where to hit the underguard Ford puts on their vehicles. I had run up on the concrete barrier at a parking place and it pulled away from the bumper on the driver's side and it was just hanging there. I had tried to reattach it but couldn't and Ford service techs would just ignore it. Your tech immediately attached it without me even asking him. He had walked out to my car with me to see if he could ascertain the problem I have been having for months with my blue tooth in My Sync. 2. Because he use to work at Ford he knew that due to an upgrade in the system, I no longer needed to tell Siri, "Phone" all I needed to say since the upgrade is "Call ______" . Prior to the upgrade I had to announce the system I wanted to respond: Phone, Navigation, Climate, or Entertainment. I have had my car in the Ford shop several times complaining about the fact that when I announce "Phone" the Siri would announce she was changing the dial to AM 110 and proceed to change my radio channel. This was extremely annoying especially when I needed to contact someone quickly. The Ford My Sync tech has never told me to skip the initial statement and to just announce now "Call _____". It never fails when I do as your tech told me!! I was not charged for either of these minor fixes that took less time than it has for me to type this answer to your survey, yet Ford would not/could not help me after several visits to the dealership!!

When I asked for an oil change for my Ford fusion, they said their man had to run an errand so it would be about an hour or more and cost about $70. But, when they handed the keys back to me after about 35 minutes and the bill was about $50, I said it was aheah of schedule and below budget.

I was so very impressed with the friendly and efficient service I received at Christian Brothers. I took in a truck that had not been running in three years. They had it up and running and passing inspection in a day and a half. My son took his PT Cruiser in the next day and had the same experience. These are wonderful honest mechanics that I recommend to anyone needing repairs.
