Very friendly. You are told upfront exactly want these to be done and how much the cost. If something else needs to be added, they will give you a call for you to make the decision to do it or not. Then they go over the bill with you and ask you if you have any questions. As a customer, I appreciate their time and taking to do this.

When I called prior to arriving the gave me an accurate wait time to get my inspection completed. Upon arrival I was welcoming with a smile and friendly service, I was also offered a warm cookie and drink while waiting. Overall amazing service everytime I go in! Really like this business
