As a new customer I used the Free Haircut coupon that I got in the mail. I opted out of the shampoo and whatever else it offered. I just wanted a haircut!
Your $20 haircut is too much! I spend $15 or less elsewhere with equal results, and they often send me $7 or $8 coupons. You're too expensive!!!!! I don't need to watch soccer on TV when I get a haircut. I don't need a shampoo or a hot towel wrap. That's all just a useless nonsense gimmick that doesn't work. Jut cut my friggin' hair!!! It's all about MONEY, and you know that.
Send me coupons and I'll return. If not, I'll go elsewhere and spend a lot less and get the same results. Hair cutting is not brains surgery. They all go to the same schools.

My stylist Nicole was very talented and experienced. She cut my hair just like I asked and considered my requests. I arrived and was taken in short order although the salon did get busy while I was being cut. Overall, it was a great, positive experience.

Your staff members (Colleen and Chasity) were cheerful and attentive to my boys. My boys were unsure of the styles they wanted, but they worked well with them treating them as if they were all that mattered while they were in their chairs. My boys said what a great experience their visit was and said they would rather return to Sport Clips instead of our previous stylist, and I agree.
My haircut feels and looks amazing
Simply put everything. I’m a 32 year old male and I have been going to sports clips for 4 years now. Nicole (store manager of the new west Chester location) has been cutting my hair since I first met her at the Exton location. Then I followed her to BrynMar and now West Chester.
Every time I get my hair cut I get a great consistent experience and it all starts at the top. I manage / own my own business and I know when a place is well run or is not. It’s prettt easy to tell and it’s becoming harder and harder to find. Glad I have one thing on my list that I know I can go and get that same great experience.
Keep up the good work and congratulations to the owner of the 3 stores in my area and Nicole who really does a great job, not with just cutting hair but her leadership and management skills are right on. She’s the the person I would want running my business as well.
