While I love sports clips, and I’ve been a customer for 4 or so years, this was one of my lesser experiences.
I signed in on the app, came when quoted and waited 25 minutes. That was frustrating to say the least. It was the day before my birthday and I would have loved to use my birthday coupon, but didn’t want an MVP due to COVID. I was disappointed that the promotion did nothing for a regular cut. I’ve been a loyal customer and would have appreciated something more than...”I guess you’ll just have to use the coupon for your next birthday.”
Finally, to make things even more frustrating, while I was waiting outside to be called, the complex’s window washer happened to be working outside...no mask. He decided to engage me in conversation. Started out light and friendly and all of the sudden turned into him asking me why I wear a mask and discouraging me from getting vaccinated. I was uncomfortable and dissatisfied to say the least.
I’m not sure that I’ll be too quick to visit this location again or recommend it to anyone. The complex has a responsibility to keep patrons safe. A window washer who “didn’t wear a mask once during this pandemic” is doing just the opposite.

The people at Sports Clips always friendly and will do what it takes for you to get the haircut you want! The atmosphere of the place is the best, with amazing massage chairs and a warm face cloth while you get your hair washed, and then sports on tv while you get your hair cut! I love that they partner with the Red Cross every September so if you donate in that month, you get a free haircut from them!
I've been to your locations in Exton and West Chester, PA, and felt that the overall service was terrific. The stylists were clearly very skilled and it was evident they took pride in doing a good job.
