Just the professionalism, attention to detail, and smiles. Everyone who came to work was on time, and didn't leave each day until work was done. Rafael and Manual kept me up to date with everything that was going on, and were very well versed on what needed to be done. I appreciate how the finished product looked.

We are happy with the restoration services. The actually invoice comes under the estimate. The technicians always showed up within the appointment timeframe, provide text message when they were leaving the company and also when they arrived. All the technicians we dealt with were very polite. The water mitigation were done well.

Unfortunately, this was the 2nd time in less than a month that we required water remediation First a burst expansion tank; 2nd the sump pump outflow pipe in the ceiling burst. Our first remediation was done by a different ServiceMaster company. the work was sloppily done and disorganized. Fortunately, we got connected to ServiceMaster of Kensington for the 2nd remediation. The service we received from each company was night and day.
The SoK remediation team came quickly. They worked efficiently for several hours until clean-up/demo was complete. They documented the number of fans and heaters left at our home. A supervisor followed up with a visit the next day to check that the work was done correctly and to answer any questions we had. We were given a time frame for completion and receipts were provided for every step of the process.
The ServiceMaster of Kensington remediation team was far superior. We didn't have them for the first job, but, if necessary, we'll definitely have them for any future jobs.

The team members who came to my home knew exactly what to do for the flooded floors and ruined rugs and baseboards. I had a water heater blow up while I was away from home for over 24 hours. Needless to say it was truly a mess. From day one the service took over removing all of the damaged material and drying out my home. Each of the team members was hard working, polite and respectful. They packed up everything in my home and are storing it in their warehouse, and will bring it back when the repairs are made. It was all very well coordinated. I like that this company can take care of a stressful situation from start to finish. I am currently in the process of having them work with my insurance company for my rebuilding needs.

The entire process from start to finish felt very smooth and seamless. Kurt coordinated my services at nearly midnight and Rafael and his colleague arrived right in the estimated window of time. Rafael was very thorough, very knowledgeable and very skilled. They didn't hesitate to get to work and suggested we get some sleep while they work. The service took maybe 2 hours and we felt relief knowing that professionals were mitigating the damages. They were in touch from the moment they were in route to the moment they left. We couldn't be more satisfied with their services.
