I like the fact that the job was very well done, very professional. I got calls periodically about when the workers would be here and really appreciated that, but it didn’t always happen, which I didn’t like. Also, I would expect when someone was spending time in my home to at least have one vaccination. Other than these two issues I thought the teams went above and beyond in the restoration of my home. ServiceMaster did a very good job in the restoration of my basement. They worked 3 days a week for some time. As I requested Tuesdays & Thursdays to be off so I could go to my favorite activity horse back riding. All in all I would definitely choose ServiceMaster again.

We were very pleased with everything about working with ServiceMaster. The workers are extremely competent and personable, and the coordinators - or supervisors - understand what clients need to know, and are very receptive to our needs. This sewer backup could have been a disastrous experience, but with ServiceMaster Fredericton, we felt looked after throughout the whole thing; every aspect of the cleanup and renovations was handled professionally and we are extremely happy with the results. Our basement is in better shape than it has ever been, thanks to ServiceMaster and their people!

They did a Fantastic Job on my 4 damaged rooms, due to Ice backup. I can't say enough about all the crews. First with Craig Moore to the promptness of him doing the quote, to all the crews working during a pandemic. Craig, Nathan, Jamie, Nick, Kevin, Nancy, Ann, Dylan, Dan, Rolanda. These people are all Great at What they do! Thanks Chris Brown for making a blessing out of a bad situation. I have already recomended you to my friend, who is opening her new business. Geordie was fantastic, if anything wasn’t going according to plan he made sure it happened and made sure we were completely satisfied. My only complaint is there seemed to be a bit a disconnect from one person to the next.

I had a protein fire in my home that had caused severe smoke damage to my home. The reaction time after I reported the "protein fire" to my insurance company's claims adjuster was very quick and Service Master Fredericton sent a project mgr. and estimator immediately. The clean-up started within 2 hours of my initial call. The cleaners, painters and all others that were on the job were very professional and the quality of work was very good. The project manager (Geordie McLean) was easy to work with and very accessible... if I called he would call back immediately. He kept me informed of when work was being done and was always very considerate. The painters (Desmond) were very good as well. Service Master demonstrated excellent customer service and the work was very professional. They turned a very bad experience into a good one! Thanks so much and I would highly recommend Service Master for restoration services.
