We used service master to remove water damaged carpet in our basement then replace with flooring. All was finished in one week. They do fantastic work and they are fast! The guys working at my home were very nice and informative with any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. One guy in particular though deserves a big shoutout but leave it up to me to forget his name a month later! Weather was getting bad, he was alone and it was already well after 4pm. I went down to check on him and I had to tell him several times don’t worry about the mess we will get it (he wanted to pick up leftover pieces, sweep and mop!) I’m sure clean up may be part of their job as of day 1 they have mop and everything on hand. But we were starting to get a bad snow storm and the flooring was finished! After telling him several times I will get the mess, roads are getting bad please head out. He finally gathered his own belongings and hit the road. He was stubborn hahaha. Very nice guy!!! Thanks so much!!!

I would highly recommend the ServiceMaster team for any restoration services that you may require. The project manager Noel Heron and his teammate Chad Neveu were incredibly professional! The crew members were meticulous and very courteous too. They treated my house as a home and not just a dwelling! The work done was very thorough! My place was left very clean and more beautiful than it was. Their respect of my home was extremely appreciated! Thank you to everyone involved in restoring my beautiful home!!

Not only did they do a great job on the large elements of our restoration (cleaning, major painting and furniture removal), they also did a lot of the small things like packing and minor trim painting to a very high level to the point that nothing was damaged when we did the unpacking. They also pointed out potential hazards to some of our appliances and effects that should be followed up to ensure their working order in the future. They were also very friendly and proactive in doing what they could to make our lives easier during this troubling time.
