The people you have working for you. The clean up wasn't good. Mud & paint left in my carpets & on my floors.. The mudder Dave was awesome. The painting not what I thought. Not professional. Need to talk to Kirk.. Thank you for everything. I know you were busy but waiting since August 25th & they finally started to work on it in January.. Waited 4 months to get it done... Your workers were the best people. Easy to get along with.. You have food people working for you...

Everyone was very nice and respectful. For the first time in my life being through a traumatic ordeal, like a house fire, everyone I have dealt with from service master was very helpful and reassuring.
