Great atmosphere in its complete. I was mesmerized by the seating and availability. The cashier that attended us was great he helped us set up a santiko’s account and was very kind. I will definitely come back.
Everything was very clean. In areas what other people was touching stuff, you guys had gloves available, that made me feel safe, covid still a big concern of mine. I hadn't go to the movies in almost 2 years now... I will be back ;-)
I liked the staff and Mario the manager. I didn't care too much for the security guy who continued to follow me around as if I was going to do something

Really enjoyed my evening at the movies. We arrived early and the staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Offered snacks and also showed us to the bar.

Everything. I even made a big Facebook post about it in which I tagged y'all. We showed up Tuesday for a noon showing of "No Time to Die." I had bought tickets online for opening day the previous Friday but life intervened and we weren't able to attend. Management rolled over those tickets to the Tuesday showing which delighted me to no end. Management politely helped my wife with a glass of wine and the polite, helpful young man behind the counter got me squared away with an incredible helping of nachos, some popcorn and couple Dasanis. He even hand delivered the nachos to my seat! Speaking of seats, since there were only about six people in the theatre, management allowed us to sit in two of the disabled assisted (I guess that's what they're called?) seats, which gave us the PERFECT view of the movie on massive Screen #3 (one of my very favorite screens in all of San Antonio). Good customer service is SO hard to find these days, but I genuinely felt the folks at Galaxy went above and beyond to make our afternoon special, as we'd waited two years to see this film. It was a perfect day at a time when my wife and I really needed it.
