Santikos truly takes care of their guests, as this was my experience! I brought up a couple of encounters during our visit that made us not so happy and they really heard our voice. Needless to say they addressed the problem and fixed it right away surprisingly because not all businesses run this way. I will definitely be returning with my family, thank you Santikos for going above and beyond!

Your food from pizza to burgers/fries and boneless wings are always fresh to order. Also the Piña Colada is a must try with extra cherries. Drink station/soft drinks has great variety and good flow.

It’s been my go to neighborhood theater. Santikos at cibolo is nice but this one is as equally pleasant and it’s nice that it’s close by my house

It's very close to where I live. It's located next to a major highway which makes it easy to get to and to get home. It has a very large parking lot (however, there's a lot of broken window glass in the parking lot). I've never been there during the evening showing so, I don't know if the parking lot is well lit. It was recently remodeled (but some of the seats are starting to show heavy wear. I guess because it's a popular place to go to.) The vending machines (popcorn and soda) are very easy to access and it's always filled when I get there for the matinee shows. The theater is kept clean. I like the cashless ticket sales dispensers. The workers seem nice. The seats are more comfortable than the original seating. The screens and sound system are great.
Service was great! We had pizza which was delicious, popcorn is always good. Unlimited refills is the best.

Very nice love the chairs very comfortable we took a group with disabilities and due to only one theater for summer free movies we were turned away because it was sold out.. because they have disabilities they did not understand

One of my favorite theaters to go to. I don't like the new change where they replaced the money card machines at the front and replaced it with this new debit card machine that charges a 3 dollar fee
