Santikos is our “go to place”when we want to see a movie. We don’t even consider regal, although regal is closer to our home. Mary Ellen has been very helpful when we have been buying tickets at the theater. Mary, One of your managers is very friendly and took care of a situation for me. I had bought tickets for one time and then changed my mind. She and Dylan were very friendly and helpful in helping me change what I had just bought 10 minutes earlier. The theaters are clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, & you have all the latest movies. Why would anyone want to go anywhere else?!

I’ll always be loyal to Santikos…but I didn’t appreciate a dirty theater (room 9 at Embassy) when it’s clear that there are not a lot of people to clean up after.
I also don’t like torn seats to sit on.
It was dirty.

I love how delicious the food is. I feel like If we go see a 5 or 6 pm movie, the dinner we purchase is quality. I get home and don’t need to eat again.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the burger. Which was dry and overcooked. Not bad enough to send back but certainly less than the quality I’m used to from your establishment.

pleas bring back good flovors of slurpee, like the mango, watermelon, pinnapple, etc...something OTHER than cola, blue, and stuff with chili in it!
