What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the good selection of films, that I can purchase wine to take into the film, and that the wine is poured into a large, less vulnerable to spill cup. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
What I don't like: the freezing temperature of the theatre.

Many theaters have good seats. I really like the soda options at the Mayan, stumped the same options are not available at the Embassy. I am disabled though and the walk all the way down the hall and back is sometimes prohibitive. Prices getting a little too high.

Theaters always clean and staff friendly.
Only advice I offer is to have more people selling tickets at peak times...after 4 pm. Always so slow even when only a few people in line. Have friendlier more informed people working in ticket sales. It is the first impression a customer has and it is not good.

Clean theatre, friendly workers, service requests taken care of without hassle. I had a question this pat weekend and everything went smooth. We have been coming to this theatre for the past 19 years and we have always enjoyed our experience there.

I did leave a little blue blanket there once and when I came back to claim it it was no where to be found-- I was disappointed but I have gotten over it!
