What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Even though my recliner chair was messed up (embassy 14 auditorium 10, seat E5 or E6…it was like it was a little broken cuz it had a weird little uncomfortable slant to it) - Santikos has been my theater of choice for the overall.

I would like y’all to have more menu options and raise quality a bit to challenge Alamo Drafthouse food wise…

But for me….Santikos is my overall top choice.

The chairs are terrific, the popcorn delicious, and the staff was super courteous. We got the popcorn free because I am a member.

People are nice. Theater and bathrooms were clean. I really like that we can get our own popcorn and drinks and the seating in the theater is very comfortable. Thank you.

When theater seats were re-done Embassy became our favorite theater to go to. I must say over the years some seats are broken or not reclining properly which is frustrating.

My experience was very pleasant. Every employee of the theater was very friendly and extremely helpful. I could tell the people who work there enjoy their jobs and take pleasure in helping us moviegoers.

It was a great experience overall.. the only issue I have is that the clerks did not inform me about the special edition popcorn buckets (wonka) also the cups too. It happened at another Santikos theatre I went to
