Finally got an answer about the Fathom Event "Fargo."

I am grateful for the effort Santikos has put into having a safe environment for film lovers like me. I'm glad to see that audiences are increasing in number. There's nothing like the Big Screen.

Santikos’ Embassy theatre is always clean and the staff is polite. When I scheduled the event it was quick and easy.

We have always enjoyed the Embassy location however this weekend it was not as tidy and it used to be in the past. The self serve soda area was trashy and need to be wiped

Wonderful customer service. I bought the tickets for the wrong day and the manager and teller exchanged them for the correct tickets. So grateful.

We love Santikos. I did tell the management as I left that in Auditorium #4 Seat C2 does not work. My daughter moved to D1 and that did not work either. Just wanted to let you know. We love Santikos and will be back. So many great movies finally coming out.

I love the quantness of the embassy, it’s tiny simple and it makes me feel like I’m at a theater for families, I get a giddy youthful feeling being there

It was clean and the popcorn was awesome.

I like the customer service that I had recieved when was there recently as is that one of the soda ice machines wasnt working and was told that they were going to look in to it. so before I could put butter in my popcorn there was a manager there looking in to it and i was pointed to another machine.

Lovely lobby & concession area with friendly employees. Restrooms are always clean, but
want paper towels after washing hands,; the blowers there spread bacteria in the air. Not sanitary, especially with the spread of covid.

First time attending a film here & I’m thoroughly impressed. All Santikos theaters are designed to a certain theme & this one was for the “movie buff.” Memorabilia, posters, full bar, great snack options. Whats not to love. Reclinable seats are comfy & convenient. I had an all around great experience.

Theatre was clean, everyone was socially distant. There were gloves available to use. Staff was friendly and professional. I felt safe coming back to watch movies. I learned you test weekly for covid which was definitely another plus
