Clean theater and restrooms!
It was nice to see a movie in a theater again. The seats were comfortable and the audio/visual perfect.
The place was clean and nicely remodeled from the old days. Love the tables that swing out for the handicap seats. I use a cane and seats are very comfu. I did have sticker shock on the cost of senior tickets though. Would more likely go weekly to the movies instead of biweekly or monthly if cost was lower.
Loved the decor, seats, and drink. It would have helped for my seat number to show on my eticket, but overall, it was just great to be back. :)
Close to my house; plenty of parking; conveniently located; familiar atmosphere.
Always enjoy the fresh popcorn (don't like when they prefill the buckets though) and the adult beverage was very tasty.
The bar but they served us in plastic cups. That is the only complaint.

I worked at Embassy 14 in 2010, we wore slacks, white button downs, and awful bow ties. I also had the pleasure of witnessing Mr Santikos walk through and inspect the theater. However, the theater renovations and updated uniforms for employees are definitely a step in the right direction. The food and drink options are awesome but I am saddened to hear they might change soon. My wife and I still go to Embassy multiple times a month, popcorn and margaritas are a must have every time we go. We recently tried the chicken quesadillas and they were awesome! The chicken strips are always a good backup too. Whoever designed the food menu and brought in the frozen margaritas deserves a raise. We will continue going here for years to come and always have a great time. Lastly I made $7.25 while working there in high school and see now you pay your employees 12$ an hour! It makes me salty knowing I made $7.25 working opening night for the twilight movies back then but keep up the good work!

Easy app for o locate my theaters of choice and the films/ times I plan to view. Staff is attentive and cheerful. You keep track of my loyalty points and I enjoy the rewards.
The theater is modern and kept in good repair. The price is acceptable.

I ordered my tickets online. It was easy and convenient. It was a little confusing when we arrived, because we didn’t know if we just walk in to go to our seats, or stand in the line to show proof. I liked how everyone was spaced out, being that we were the only ones wearing masks.
Courteous staff, comfortable seating, clean and enjoyable.
There is nothing to complain about. I’m happy to be able to do things in person again! I liked that there was no inquiry about vaccination status or masks. Everyone seemed respected, whatever their choice on the matter is. In these times it’s difficult to support any business who doesn’t value choice and respect varying peoples decisions.
