Close to where I live and has enough movie screens to give a good variety of movies.
This was the only time when I entered the auditorium, I almost fell over the broom and dust pan that was laying in the walkway and the usher was sitting in the handicap row. I just had my knee replaced a few months ago and was frighten that I might fall. please instruct your personel to not leave anything in walk way.But enjoy your theater very much.
Popcorn taste is not always the same. Sometimes it is flavorful without additional salt and butter. Other times it's like cardboard. Other than that, it is clean and staff is very friendly.

great overall movie expre- people with money will pay extra at box ofc or concessions if they receive quality. our family of 7 drop about $150 each time we all go to a movie. 2 things: make the popcorn warmer. your Palladium & Silverado are getting better at NOT adding too much salt. Also make sure every employee knows how to maintain the slurpee machines They can be unreliable with the consistency when being poured!
Movie was great. I go to movies often. I sometimes forget to get my loyalty points. I attempted to get points but ticket stub was older than two weeks. I was politely referred to website to get credit. But website referred me back to Silverado ticket counter.

Moved back to San Antonio from Colorado Springs in May 2008 and have resided in the 78254 zip code area since that time. We have six grandchildren in San Antonio and when appropriate we like to take them to the movies for their enjoyment and EXPERIENCE! We truly like Silverado 16 theaters' cleanliness and the staff has always been polite and professional. Our sincerest THANKS TO ALL!!!

Santikos delivers the most consistent positive interaction with its people. There are the occasional disinterested employees , particularly in the younger employees. However, this is a lot less than other theater chains and the reason I consistently choose Santikos as my place to spend my money on a movie experience. Santikos cleanliness is by far the best of any theater chain, another primary reason that I choose Santikos.

We love the Dbox seats! Do think the theater should update w a few of the reclining seats in some of the auditoriums. But overall its our favorite!
I don't know who to report an issue to. I was at your theater on Friday July 7, 2017 but did not have my Santikos card when I purchased 2 tickets to The House, 2 gift cerificates for Senior Citizens and 2 gift certificates for regular movies. The young man assured me the points would be credited to my account but I am seeing today that none of the tickets/purchased have been credited at all. How can I address this?
