I would like to tell you my experience. I arrived early knowing parking would be a problem like it always is. Yes for weekends and big movie weekends of course it should be.
I was hoping though that since I had to park in the rear that the trolley would be working so me, my wife and two sons could have fun taking the trolley to the front. However, the trolley was not working.
And as it turned out we had to park in the very back near the dumpsters. I told my wife that was okay because we could leave out the front of the theater at end and be right by our vehicle.
At the end of the movie myself and other customers were thinking the same thing. I was about to be very disappointed. The young lady collecting the trash said we could not go out that way and would have to walk all the way around again. The doors were alarmed.
I went to the front and spoke with the general manager on duty who told me that you all have to secure the doors and they are alarmed, I could hear from his tone of voice that he is aware of this problem already and does not care.
What a shame. Because I and my family have been going to the Santikos Theaters for years, especially because you all give back to the community. This problem can easily be eliminated and you know it.
The employee who collects the trash can easily carry a key to secure the doors back. You had three law enforcement officers there who carry your radios that could carry a key to secure the doors or could have an employee walk to the door before the next consumers enter to make sure no one is entering.
Yes I understand you are trying to stop both theft and safety concerns for your customers. But it would be nice to allow your regular customers this option for those that have to park in the rear of the building.

I like being able to find a theatre close to home.

They have what I want from seating to eating or waiting for movie to start. Entertainment fun!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Silverado! The staff are always friendly and the restrooms are always clean. We always get fresh popcorn and the drink area is clean and well maintained.

The memorabilia cups and popcorn basket I purchased for ready player one was pitchited to me as being refillable for free on my next visit this was not true and lead to a awkward rather embarrassing visit I still like Santikos and will remain a customer

We love all the Santikos theaters, with the Palladium being the one we visit the most! We were at the Silverado most recently because the move we wanted to see what showing there, which is a little out of the way, but we didn't mind because we knew we would have great seats in a clean theater. We also love seeing movies from a business that gives back to our community.
