The Palladium is a clean, well designed, comfortable facility. The IMAX screen is bright and the images sharp. The sound system is immersive. I'm a fan. I wouldn't watch a movie any other way.

Its a beautiful and very clean theater. I won't go be going back anytime soon. Its very far and pricier than I'm accustomed to paying. It was a very nice visit for our special occasion.

The facility is clean. The seats are comfortable and in good condition. Customer service is very helpful and courteous.
The popcorn is fresh. The showtimes are frequent and it's easy just to drop in spontaneously and find something showing that we'd like to see. We love that there are plenty of tables to sit at if we do want to come early and wait. Love the option of gelato when the mood hits us. Like the scrolling marquee on the side of the building when we are trying to choose what we want to see without tying up a ticket window. Love the size of the restrooms--no wait! Love that we can pour our own drinks because the vending machines give us so many choices. We only choose Palladium for our movie watching.

I liked the Variety of Foods, I did not like No tables in the theatre. The wait staff did not deliver food or were very informative in the food area. The Gelato was warm the coffees were not made with whip cream like it should have been

Ever since I moved to San Antonio I've always enjoyed the Palladium experience. Even after moving across town, I will still drive 20-30 mins just to visit this theater. Always clean, incredible screens (love the options of atmos and avx) , just enjoyable experience all around. Love Palladium IMAX!

The iphone app made it extremely convenient to buy tickets at my convenience. The kiosks were immediately available so that I can print out my tickets and the staff was nothing but exceptional.
