Smooth process from the time you order your tickets to when you are leaning back on one of the most comfortable chairs you can sit in to enjoy a movie on the big screen the way it should be. Nothing will ever top the experience of coming to a movie theater no matter how convenient it is to watch movies in my living room.

Even in these past 10 months of the pandemic, your theaters continue to be welcoming, efficient and cleaner than ever before. It is without doubt one of the safest public places to be to have a good time with friends or family. Thank you for keeping your doors open. It must have been financially hard to stay open, but our community appreciates it with all of the charity you do and we are happy to be a tiny part of your philanthropic contributions.

Since the Coronavirus Pandemic, the Palladium Theatre has done its utmost to keep the movie experience special and ongoing all the while following Covid-19 guidelines. Prior to the Pandemic, Santikos was not my preferred theatre. Why? The staff and management were rude and never welcoming. This has changed. Customers will remain loyal if they are treated with graciousness.

I like the safety precautions that are implemented at the theater... And the fact that Palladium theaters is covid testing every week, definitely a plus. Restrooms clean , overall cleanliness.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Easy to use app for tickets seating . I pray that Covid ends soon because one of my enjoyments is going to the movies. Yesterday at 12 noon showing I was the only one seated in that showing. It was a great movie but know you need folks to feel safe coming back to theater . God bless

Great picture quality, very clean, reserved seating, reclining seats and we were still able to let our boys play in Arcade game area with plastic gloves on.

Good social distancing. They found a safer way for us to use the arcade. A few things are a little different, but it doesn't take away from the theater experience.
