They explained everything and then did exactly what needed to be done. The cleanest demo ever. John and Gary were the best. I stopped by during the work being done and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They moved, covered, and took the time to carefully protect personal belongings. Excellent communication.

I called and talked to Jeff Cotter, and he came right out. He reassured me that his team could take care of my issue (water damage following a burst pipe). Very professional, responsive and reliable. It was comforting to get a calm, experienced presence in the midst of chaos.

The technicians I had were friendly, worked hard, answered all my questions and showed me the work on their tablet as I could not go up to the attic due to allergies.

The manager and crew were at my house within minutes of my emergency call. They redirected a crew and I was so grateful. My house was wet on three levels with debris everywhere. Communication throughout the remedial work was outstanding. The team worked hard. They were respectful and empathetic. The people that worked at the house were trust worthy while very capable. I was overwhelmed and a bit emotional but they were professional, assuring and on point which offered me relief. The manager at Service Master sets the bar for excellence. He had a calming presence and took alot of the stress off my shoulders. Thank you Jim. You and your team deserve a million accolades. I would happily recommend them.

Came & rescued us IMMEDIATELY!!! Dan R was knowledgeable, friendly & professional & the team that cleaned for us did an exceptional job. The cleaning was great but they much more beyond the scope of their job, to take care of our rooms.

I appreciate the twenty-four hour ability to get assistance, particularly when I have water damage. Technicians arrived promptly even at night, and as a result the damage was limited, and we returned to normal soon thereafter.

They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very thorough. After discovering black mold from a pipe breaking in our walls they took care of everything professionally and made a very stressful occurrence much more tolerable. They also answered all our questions and helped with organizing a plan for all necessary work that needed to be done.
