I like how you can go into Christian Bothers, for a fair price, and get your oil changed. Then they do an inspection of your vehicle to see what is needed to be fixed with a customer print out of the problems with picture evidence, and then you get to choose what you can do on your own, or what you can’t do, and they can do for you. Plus their staff are friendly from my experience.

This report provided pictures and video and a phone call to discuss findings. We returned the car to the dealer. This was the BEST $99 we’ve ever spent! The environment was so clean, very positive attitudes all around when you walk in you feel welcomed! Mike ended up doing my breaks on my 2017 Nissan Sentra and it runs like a charm now, I wore the old breaks out they really needed help and the service was so fast. Best shop I’ve been to in Knoxville highly recommend!
