The team in Owasso listened to my concerns and after they assessed the vehicle they prioritized the recommended repairs and provided the final cost for each. I explained that I was going to take the car back to the dealership where I bought it 48 hours earlier and the tech was supportive of the decision in light of the recent purchase situation. I was upset with myself for not doing more research on the car before purchasing and one of the techs took time to assure me the car still had some positives and encouraged me to not be quite so hard on myself. If I ever need to, I’ll go back to CBA. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable team members. Thank you!
The guys were friendly, understood the problem (stuck/stripped oil pan bolt), took care of my car, and didn’t waste any time. I even forgot my wallet, and he sent me an e-invoice, which I paid as soon as I got home! Also, they are very reasonably priced for this area, so test your luck at other places if you want.

Always receive a friendly greeting when entering business. Offered water, asked if a ride is needed. Kept abreast of findings from car inspection and any suggested repairs, cost of the repairs and suggested timeline for the repair if not completed during this visit.
I have gone into the facility sure something was wrong but no repairs needed. I have never felt I had been gouged or the attempt made.
