Employees were helpful, knowledgeable and were able to repair my Toyota Highlander on a timely basis. In addition, I appreciated the car service that took me home while my SUV was being repaired and then picking me back up once the repair was complete.
The lobby is pristine, clean, comfortable, and welcoming! All of the staff members are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and present all of the options without any pressure toward a specific solution! I even received a complimentary ride to and from work while they ran diagnostics and fixed the issue. We will definitely be taking our cars to Christian Brothers Automotive in Lakeland in the future!
