Good communication. The only thing is that all pricing seems a la carte. cooling system was not working, and it took several visits to take care of all of the components that needed replacing. Each time, there was a period of diagnostics, and a separate full-rate fee, as if each was a separate repair, but really, it was just a cooling system that was never fully repaired and I feel like there should’ve been consolidated more economical pricing around that. I’m sure that all of the cooling repairs were done at the same time, there would have been significant savings.

My car needed fixing and I called 2 other shops, each were quick and gruff, Andrew at Christian Brothers was the only one that said good morning to me and asked me what the issue was and even told me I could come in the same day. The customer service there is amazing, I love that they take photos and even videos showing the issues. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Brought my son's 2002 BMW 325xi in for transmission light and rough shifting. Issue turned out to be a bad crankshaft position sensor. The guys at Christian Brothers got the new sensor installed quickly and fixed the problem. I appreciate the great service.

Christian Brothers, no matter where you're at, if they have locations there, have the most consistent, reliable, trustworthy business.
I had all my cars, four, inspected and brought up to date. I gave one to my son, who lives in Colorado Springs, Co.; and we travel there with one of the other vehicles.
My son had to take his vehicle to CBA, at the Republic location to fix a problem with gas tank. They were the very professional, respectful, courteous, and thorough group. They took care if his issue and they explained what they did. Excellent customer service that was just liked I received in Temple, Texas.
While we were there visiting, our vehicle lost its transmission fluid after visiting Pike's Peak. We had to take our vehicle to the Rockrimmon location. I had to get back to Temple for medical reason by Monday.
They received my car on Wednesday evening and had it fixed and ready to go by Friday afternoon. The reason for the transmission fluid leak was covered by their fantastic warranty and I did not have to pay anything on that issue.
They have the best warranty, 36 months or 36000 miles WHICH EVER CONES LAST.
They live their mission statement, and their facilities are always clean.
I will always take my vehicles to them for servicing and will always recommend CBA to others.
