The technician explained exactly what he believed the problem was - what he needed to do, and what he would need to do afterward to test the car’s performance to make sure there were no other issues that had to be addressed. It’s an older car, so I appreciate that it might have other problems. Fortunately, the initial work fixed the problem.

Friendly staff. Honest service and assessment of car issues. Only shortcoming is, with older cars, service typically takes more than one day to complete; I assume in order to obtain the necessary parts.

They were easy to get an appointment with that fit into my schedule and turned my car around quickly while I waited. The staff is super friendly and provide excellent customer service. Very happy I’ve found them for my car service needs!!! Always used the dealership for all my service needs but will be making the move to Christian Brothers for everything now.
They ran diagnostics for me to determine my problem. When they couldn't help were willing to not charge for the test since I need to go to the dealer.
