Tom was extremely understanding and helpful when dealing with a starter issue on our BMW the day before we were leaving for an extended road trip. By the time the car was towed to their garage on a Thursday afternoon, by 7:30am on Friday morning they had determined the issue, sourced the parts and we drove out just after lunch time. I was very grateful for Tom's time and assistance with getting us back on the road in a very timely manner.

I can’t express enough, how thankful I was to have Christian Brothers take care of my car. I broke down and was 2.5 hours away from my home. They arranged for my car to be delivered to the dealership. They walked me through every step and answered all my questions.
