Great communication and timely service
I can't state enough how much I love CB Auto. You guys make car stuff so easy for me! I can be at home and have my car picked up for an inspection and dropped off when it's done (I don't even have to leave the house!). And the inspection breakdown is amazing -- I love that I can see what was checked, if there are any concerns, and why. As a woman unfamiliar with cars, I never feel intimidated or worried that I will be overcharged for work on my car. I never have to worry about my car when I know I can call you guys for anything I need - and I love the turnaround, usually same-day pick-up and drop-off!

I feel the honesty and transparency was paramount.

I know you don’t hear this about automotive businesses. But there are very fair and reasonable. Repaired my truck for a reasonable price when the Ford dealership wanted to charge me over $3,000.00 . If I need to I will definitely give my business to them. And you should too.

I am very satisfied with the level of service I received from Christian Brothers, I have been using them for over 5 years and they work dealer warranty plans which is a plus. I give them 10/10 for the quality of service and how quickly the turn around is.
It was easy to get appointment. They were very friendly on the phone and in person. Very transparent about pricing and offered a courtesy shuttle to get to my car. Would definitely go back. Love that it’s a veteran owned business.
