Service was excellent. Went in for a simple inspection for a brand new truck. It actually failed the inspection and I was told it needed to be driven...so I drove it for a few days like I stole it and brought it back (had 14 days since I had already paid) and it passed since I got action to and from all the sensors.
They even gave me a second of the cool cork drink holder liners they sneak into your car.

Thorough and not pushy. They recommend what additional things you need to consider but never force you to proceed with any job.
My experience was great. They went above and beyond and didn't try to sell me services that were not needed. I took in in for two problems. they fixed one and found a silent recall on the other, so I now have an appointment at the dealership where it will be fixed under warranty.

I dropped my car off after hours, and the staff member that called me over the phone to confirm my appointment and get specifics was very nice, helpful, and friendly. I know almost nothing about cars and he attempted to parse my jumbled thoughts and lack of technical terms very well!
When the service was completed, the staff member that called me to go over the details of the service was incredible!! He explained and defined all the different areas of service really well and recommended me to the right people for my brake issues.
The staff inside the office when I picked up my car and paid were also friendly and helpful. The lady at the counter was quick to assist me attempting (and failing) to use the nespresso machine, for which I am very grateful!

I have been going Christian Brothers for many years and everytime it never ceases to amaze me how awesome they are...not just the knowledge they have when it comes to vehicles but the love and passion they have for helping people. They have always done a great job on my car (and my mom's car) and they are not one of those places that try to charge you for things or services you don't need. They are truly a blessing.
