Excellent Customer Service. Beginning with front desk reception, I was greeted and given undivided attention as I explained the reason for my visit. I was offered a courtesy ride home after I was checked in. Shortly after I arrived home a technician called and explained every detail of my automotive inspection emphasizing the items that required immediate attention as well as mentioning items that could be addressed on another occasion. Lastly, I received a call that my vehicle was ready and offered a courtesy ride. Check out went well also and front reception was again very kind.
