I had a lot of issues with my vehicle, and I felt like I received an honest detailed explanation of the recommended repairs to help me make an informed decision. The extensive repairs required them to keep the vehicle almost a week, and they were able to deliver as promised. I also appreciate the 3 year or 30k mile guarantee on the repairs. I am not aware of any dealer or repair shop that gives that level of guarantee on their work.
