I went in to have an oil change, tire rotation and to check my windshield wipers pump. They said that ii still had 3000 mile to go before the oil change. I told them to fix the windshield wiper pump and that I would take my car in when it was time for the oil change because I needed other work done.
Tanner Stacy was extremely knowledgable and professional when it came to helping me set up my service appointment. He helped me identify what the needs of my car were and was diligent in communicating when would be an ideal time to come back and pick it up.
I will definitely visit this Christian Brothers location again, overall the establishment is very clean, efficient and welcoming. All staff members were friendly at drop off and pick up.

The service manager was so helpful! CBA at the Spring Hill location had installed front end CV axles in 2022. Somehow I found one of them had busted. I came by here on a Friday afternoon, hoping I could get the ball rolling before I took any more long trips. The service manager went ahead and order the part. When Monday rolled in they confirmed that it was bad and I let them know about the warranty. I was shocked that the other shop told me that it had gone bad, so I didn't believe them. The mechanic went ahead and installed the CV axle because the job was on the board. CBA West Murfreesboro ended up working it out internally with Spring Hill. Next time I'll know, but from now on West Murfreesboro will be my shop. Thank you so much!!
Always prompt and courteous service. Phil is my favorite service manager as he is exceptional. All of the other services managers a great as well but Phil puts a special touch on customer service. No one other than Christian Brothers will ever touch my vehicles.
