The Orangetheory workout is a great workout that combines cardio, weight-lifting, and rowing. I like the variations of the workouts and the intensity on the tread and rowing.

One thing I wish it was different is to have everyone transition to a different section at the same time
The different exercises made it more fun. The instructor was excellent (I think his name was Erick). I really liked it. Thinking about joining but still looking around. A bit expensive for me.

Orange Theory Brighton is an awesome place to have an intense workout and be part of a welcoming community. Each workout is a new and unique challenge. The coaches are supportive, friendly, and give awesome advice. I hadn't done a ton of rowing before joining OTF Brighton, and my form has improved drastically! The coaches know how to tailor advice to help you have an efficient and effective workout. I would recommend OTF Brighton to a friend!
