I love being able to get a complete body workout that includes strength training and cardio. Each class is different, keeping me engaged and keeping the muscle groups guessing who is on deck next. The energy and motivation from the coaches along with awesome music keeps me engaged and getting the most out of each class.
I love that the workouts are do able for anyone no matter where you are at in your fitness journey! The coaches are super supportive and helpful whenever you’re struggling or need clarification on something! I am so grateful to have joined the OT family!
Kieth is an awesome instructor. He understood the fact that I had limitations and took the time to make sure I still got a good workout using other options.

Since 2017, I’ve been hooked on Orange Theory Fitness, and I absolutely love everything about it. The workouts are top-notch, the coaches are fantastic, and the community spirit is unbeatable. It’s the perfect blend of cardio and strength training in a supportive group setting. Orange Theory has helped me crush my fitness goals and stay motivated. Five stars all the way! 🌟🏋️♂️
I feel totally drained after an OTF workout as where if I workout on my own, I barely break a sweat. I like how the coaches push you and the competitive nature of being there with others doing the same thing. I never thought I would like any group fitness but I absolutely love coming to OTF.
Love the endurance aspect of workouts with the cardio monitor that allows me to know where I am in my work out. I enjoy both treadmill and rowing. I can modify weight workouts as needed to deal with a chronic shoulder injury. Coaches help me with form when they notice my body mechanics are off.
I haven't worked out in a number of years because I couldn't find something I liked and felt I wanted to stick with - the workout was intense but I really enjoyed it and the instructor and all of my "classmates" made me feel welcome
