ServiceMaster staff always contacts me to let me know that it is time. I also like the specials offered throughout the year on furniture cleaning as well. It is a really good way to maximize the life of your office furniture. You don't realize how dirty the chairs get until they are cleaned and what a difference. Keep up the good work.
