The yoga class was definitely a workout and something very new for me. I enjoyed it very much and it allowed me to work out and stretch muscles that I forgot I had and push pass my comfortability. In the past, I have recommend CPY to a number of friends who have joined and also enjoy the studio. I would have given a 10 rating, but recent changes to the class schedule have downgraded the experience slightly. Though I know the HPF classes are the most popular, I personally find them more difficult on the lower back and prefer to mix up classes with C2. I think there are too many C2 classes, particularly early morning. But regardless of this change, I still highly enjoy the experience at CPY.

The heat and the consistency of product.

At the exit door that opens to the alley, you should post a sign that says "Caution: Look Both Ways." On many occasions, I have seen people leaving the studio after class and nearly getting hit by cars traveling in the alley (often going too fast). A simple warning sign may save a life. I happen to be a Personal Injury Attorney with a keen eye for safety hazards and ways to prevent injuries or loss of life. Thanks, David Drexler

I love everything about CorePower which is why I have been a black card member for over 4 years. The classes, the studios, especially all of the amazing teachers and the overall community. I always feel welcomed and my daily practice has helped me in so many ways. I have belonged to other studios in the past however, CorePower is truly a "home" for me and I couldn't recommend it more!

I love that you don't have to sign up and that there are great classes at all times of the day and evening...I never even check to see who is teaching because I find all the teachers to be consistently great and knowledgeable.

Very conveniently located in Sherman Oaks, well run with good range of classes at well spaced times during the day; nice studios that are kept clean and at a good temperature; very friendly and helpful staff who deliver a great class; clean and well appointed locker rooms. All in all a very satisfying experience and would recommend for people of all levels. I was a complete beginner when I joined 8 months ago and feel I have derived considerable benefit, both mentally and physically, from being a member.

The classes fit with my schedule, the instructors are friendly and extremely helpful, the practice is so beneficial to my overall health, it always makes my day better and helps me stay fit.

The Sherman Oaks and Encino facility are typically clean with a pleasant staff - for the most part. West LA on the other hand always feels a bit dirty and the mirrors are almost always a mess. Core Power should really move that location. Parking is tight and the facility not on par w what Core Power has established at its other locations. I've heard many people comment in this regard.

You should continue to strive to secure the best instructors. That is really the key to your success. Just look at how many people flock to Marja's classes - she is excellent! I know that I am beginning to start following the particular instructors whenever possible and will actually not attend a class if the instructor is subpar. It also seems like Sherman Oaks and Encino lose some good instructors to other locations - perhaps that is inevitable - but thought I would point it out as we notice it.
