I love all the teachers at the Gold Coast, they incorporate their own unique styles rather than just standardized courses as some can be. I also love the heat at Gold Coast, it seems to be a bit hotter than some studios which I prefer. Keep up the great work yogis! :D
Variety of classes and locations
I like that there are many classes to choose from throughout the day, every day. I also like that the studio is very close to my house, walking/biking distance. I appreciate the variety of classes.
I've been to two classes at slp and I really enjoyed both of them as they pushed and challenged me to work hard.
The instructors at Cherry Hills are incredible. They have more experience than the average yoga teacher, so they bring wisdom and passion to the practice. They add moves that I have rarely done because they carefully sculpt their classes to help the students grow.i can already feel myself changing, both physically and mentally.
The Sculpt class was one of the most challenging fitness classes I've taken, and I take A LOT as a class pass member. Great energy and welcoming energy!

Love the classes. Small, hand on, nice studio and enjoy the premise of the studio and classes.
I like the clean environment and great attitudes the instructors have. I go every Saturday as always to end my week and start fresh. The instructors are well informed and are there to assist all of their yogis.
The atmosphere is very inclusive, supportive and motivating! What an amazingly unique workout that benefits you in so many more ways than one would ever think possible.
I love CPY and the lakeview studio is my favorite!! Seems like all the instructors offer similar work out routines but still differentiate their classes. Every class is a challenge but I feel great when I leave!

It was my first time trying out hot yoga, and it was an intense but super fun exercise! I highly recommend trying it out with a significant other!

I love the variety of classes (relaxing, stretching, cardio, flow etc) and I love the variety of times you offer (early am, late night, weekends)
RV is my favorite studio of all the Core Powers! Lauren A., Courtney Y. and Catrina are the best sculpt teachers I've had. They keep me motivated and working hard throughout. One piece of feedback for the other teachers is to follow their count. Those that start at 12 lose me every time. It feels like they are not sure what to do. I love the energy these 3 have too. All really enthusiastic and real. Not monotone and just going through the motions. I LOVE them!!

Easy location, sculpt class
The class was great! I felt like I truly got a full body work out that was challenging but also relaxing. I was able to breath deeper and feel stronger in my other workouts after yoga sculpt. I will definitely be back for more classes.
My favorite are the sculpt classes, love the energy and the instructors are great.
