Yoga is amazing. It is completely different than what I perceived. What I like is classes are challenging and effective. Yet they don't seem intense because it's a no brainier, go to class in sandals and a bun, stay in one location and someone instructs you the entire time. It's a total body workout in one hour and... Bonus factor! Intentions. I mostly do sculpt and the routines constantly change so I don't get bored. Facilities are clean and that is a must because i sweat so much I need to shower right after. Yoga has really targeted areas on my body that I have never been able to tackle in the gym. I'm a fan!

Classes are awesome! Sam D is so inspiring, I feel so motivated in her sculpt class and it really pushes me to work harder in my practice. I love corepower!

I'm visiting from out of town. I teach at CPY in Raleigh.
I took Sculpt on Tuesday and the instructor was motivating, fun, and had great musicality.
I took C2 on Wednesday and loved the sequence and class theme.
I can't wait to take some more classes before I head back home to Raleigh.

The studio had a nice, friendly & welcoming ambiance. The instructor was engaged and the class pace was smooth (which I prefer over some tends I've seen at other yoga studios where the pace is too fast).

It was fun and true staff were super encouraging and caring. They helped me with the poses and ensured I was doing it correctly. They also encouraged me and helped me still be at peace when doing yoga. I reccommended it to my co workers and friends.
