I really liked that music is played during practice! C1 was a great refresh as I've been out of practice, but it was still a good pace. Erin Hu is an awesome instructor - clear in her instruction, very calming and informative!
I am a log time member and appreciate all the offerings. It has brought me so much peace and serenity but as I continue my journey it doesn't feel like Corepower can help me advance in my practice anymore.

I love CorePower yoga. It is a great workout, environment, etc. I hope you open more studios in the area (further north). My only complaint is that it is getting very expensive. Every time I turn around the price seems to go up again!
I love C1, as C2 is too difficult for me. However, it would be nice for the instructors to switch up the C1 flow on occasion.
Also, I can only go after work, and it's nearly impossible to make it to the 5:15pm with traffic. A 6pm or 6:30pm C1 would be so much more conducive.
Lastly, i took one C1 class the other week that had 2 instructors, one was teaching and the other was doing hands on assists. It was AWESOME. I learned a lot about what I was doing wrong and how to strength the posture.

Great friendly instructors
all instructors are friendly. i'm new to yoga and i haven't felt judged once. instead all instructors have been helpful in guiding me to practice correctly.

Love the classes. Not having towels for the shower really sets it a part from other boutique gyms... or else I would have given it a 10. Hard to go to work with a yoga mat, dirty mat towel AND wet shower towel. Mentally tough to get over packing all of that as well.
Otherwise, love it. Teachers and studios are amazing.
The staff is awesome, clean, refreshing atmosphere. The instructors are great and provide feedback.

I was visiting from Raleigh, NC where I am part of the Cary and Waverly Place Studios. I was in town visiting my sister. We attended Ashley S' 6am C2. She was amazing!! I loved her sequence and she gave both my sister and me awesome assists and lots of positive vibes. So glad I was able to make it!

Good classes, convenient schedule, engaged instructors and a clean studio.
I left class feeling rejuvenated and less stressed. The environment was very welcoming and healthy.
The classes are great but wish you had early classes like 5:30am

I love the classes the studio had to offer. Hands down to sculpt. I appreciate the hard work my favorite teachers, put into planning there class. From sequence to music. A shout out to my girl Talaya, who not only brings it, but makes me want to be better on & off my mat. The relationships I've developed by practicing here, has been truly a blessing. Can't forget about my boy Troy. All your hard work that you put in, to making such amazing play list for us. Thank you. P.S. Turn it up !!!
The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgable in their craft. The studios are clean and well kept.
