I would recommend it to people I know who want the same thing I do from your gym. I am one to come in and get my workout in and go. I have very difficult work hours at times and this is how I have to work in the gym. If anyone I know wants a plush gym with a lot of amenities, then I would tell them this is probably not for them. I am a very simple person and do not look for a lot of "frills" when it comes to a gym.
I like the choices of equipment there because it is what I am looking for.
Everything is OK; especially clean. Keep it that way.

Negatives...ladies bathroom stalls are always clogged a d the paper towels are way too thin. Members should be instructed to wipe off equipment.

Its extremely clean and the entire staff is very personable. There is no gymtimidation at Club 24!
I feel , I can workout at my own level without being intimidated. There seems to be machines for all levels of people's fitness. The people who are at the desk are friendly and greet you and try to know who you are, that hello and have a nice day, goes a long way and makes you feel like coming back.
The staff! Dion is a truly professional trainer, and Jeff is there every morning efficient and friendly on time so I can do my morning workouts at 5am.

To start with, it is kept clean. It has alot of equipment and there is always a machine available. The people who I see going there are dedicated to working out.
Clean and new and not too crowded in the mornings. I would like to see coat hooks or something similar in the stretching area or on the wall when you walk in. There are only a few coat hooks in the locker room and it seems people like prefer to leave their sweat jackets in a place where they can see them - stretching area.
Everyone is nice and friendly and the equipment is clean and there is enough for everyone.

Very affordable and a good range of equipment. However the TVs on the ellipticals need help - many of them you can not see the screen on them due to damage. Also you desperately need blinds on the windows to prevent all the glare.
