You cant beat the price. It's not a fancy environment, but if you just want a good workout type gym it meets that expectation. The facility has a lot of equipment, it is normally in good working condition and I don't have to wait.

the number of eliptical, Arc trainers and treadmills mean I always have a machine to do my aerobic workout

I like the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the size of the facility. There are always enough machines and equipment for the amount of people there in my experience. I also like the movie room, I find that the time seems to go by much more quickly when I am distracted with a movie to watch. Kudos to the New Milford staff for the great selection of movies!

It has all of the equipment needed for myriad exercises. The staff is friendly and the clientele is there to exercise.

FIRST, THERE IS ENOUGH EQUIPTMENT SO THAT EVEN ON BUSY NIGHTS YOU CAN COMPLETE YOUR WORKOUT WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT FOR LONG PERIODS.
SECOND, I LOVE THE MOVIE ROOM! TIME ON THE TREADMILL GOES BY SO QUICKLY YOU ALMOST FORGET YOU'RE WORKING OUT.
THIRD, I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY HOW CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED EVERYTHING IS.
FOURTH, THE STAFF IS SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!
FIFTH, THE PRICE MAKES IT AFFORDABLE SO THAT ANYONE CAN JOIN.

The price is the best thing to me.
The cost is the primary advantage but I also like the trainers (Bobby), the fact that you don't have to wait to for equipment to be available and while the locker room is rather Spartan it functions well and does the job.
Very friendly and clean. Modern equipment but you could use some more free weights and benches
